  Foster 40-80 Disinfectant can be used as a disinfectant on washable hard, non-porous surfaces such as tables, floors, walls, coils and drain pans of air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, heat pumps, countertops and hard, non-porous surfaces made of metal, stainless steel, fiberglass, finished woodwork, vinyl, plastic, upholstery, as well as and similar hard non-porous inanimate environmental surfaces in hospitals, food processing areas, homes, restaurants, hotels, health clubs and spas.

  Foster 40-80 Disinfectant may be used to sanitize against odor causing bacteria and fungi in water damage restoration situations on porous, semi-porous and non-porous materials including carpets, carpet cushion, sub floors, drywall, trim and frame lumber. It contains special surfactants to help it clean and remove residue left after flood and water damage has occurred.
